Dry sparkling Spanish wine made of Arien and Viura grapes from specific vineyards in valde penas landmark with an ABV of 10.5%. This wine is pale yellow in colour with fine and persistent bubbles. A combination of toast and white fruits and fresh grass aromas with a palate of citrus fruits good acidity level and pleasant texture. Penasol sparling is best served chilled and can be paired with sweet deserts, fruits, sea food or as an aperitif.
